The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We will make every effort to ship items within 1 business day of receipt of payment. Because of the items in our store are also for sale at our retial location, it is possible that the item that is ordered on line may no longer be available. If that happens, we will contact you immediately and present you with some options. If a package arrives to you damaged, please refuse delivery. If the package is dropped off, or you accept delivery and the item is damaged inside, you must keep all packaging materials in order for a claim to be filed.
